Return policy

Defective products

If your product is defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt

  • Attach photos or videos demonstrating the defect

After validation, we will proceed to:

  • A free replacement
    Or

  • A full refund

Warranty for heated tools

Our flat irons and dryers are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse

  • Accidental breakage

  • Product modification

Refund Policy

Products eligible for reimbursement
Products can be refunded if they:

  • They must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Are not used

  • They are in their original packaging

  • They are in perfect condition


Ineligible products
For hygiene reasons, the following products are not refundable if they have been opened or used:

  • Hair thickening fibers

  • Accessories that come into direct contact with the hair or scalp


Procedure

  1. Write to: info@lilihotplates.com

  2. Enter order number

  3. Waiting for return authorization

  4. Return the product to the address provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error or defective product.

Refund period
The refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days following receipt and inspection of the product.
The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
